How to Measure Your Body

Use a soft measuring tape. Stand naturally and keep the tape parallel to the floor.

• Chest — Wrap the tape around the fullest part of your chest, just under your arms and across your shoulder blades. Keep the tape snug but not tight.
• Shoulder — Measure across your upper back from the edge of one shoulder to the other, across the shoulder blades.
• Waist — Measure around your natural waistline, which is the narrowest part of your torso, usually just above the belly button.
• Hip — Measure around the fullest part of your hips and seat, usually about 20cm below the natural waist.
• Sleeve — With your arm slightly bent, measure from the top of your shoulder down to your wrist.

Compare your body measurements to the garment measurements above. We recommend choosing a size where the garment chest measurement is at least 4–6cm larger than your body chest measurement for a comfortable clinical fit.
